On May 31st, the press preview and press conference for “Wonderland” (directed by Kim Tae-yong) were held at Megabox COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Director Kim Tae-yong, Tang Wei, Suzy, Park Bo-gum and Choi Woo-sik attended the event and shared various stories about the film.
“Wonderland” is a story about reuniting with a departed family member or lover via video call. Park Bo-gum, who plays Tae-joo, the boyfriend of Jeong-in (Suzy) who returns to daily life from a coma, expressed his affection for Suzy.

He recalled, “I had a joyful time working with Suzy. While reading the script from Jeong-in and Tae-joo’s perspectives, we often thought about what kind of story they had, how they expressed their feelings for each other and how they showed their affection. We discussed these aspects a lot with the director.“
He added, “At the time of filming, I imagined that the idea of meeting someone through video call would soon become a reality. Now that the film is about to be released, it feels even more meaningful and it offers a lot to think about. I’m thrilled and grateful to have this opportunity to meet the audience after such a long time.”
“Wonderland” is set to be released on June 5th.
